The Ladies Only Gym

Lady zone is the home of women's only fitness, health and beauty. We offer a warm, friendly environment for women who want to work out in a 'no men.. no mirrors' environment. Our fitness zone offers a 30 minute personalised fitness programme which allows you to workout at your own speed to achieve great results.

Our workouts are suitable for anyone regardless of their age or fitness level. Our personal trainers and staff are always on hand to offer support and motivation, making Ladyzone the perfect place to reach your fitness goals.

Our unique offering will maximise your workout, improving your results, whilst increasing your enjoyment. Monthly reviews enable you to select targets track progress and celebrate results. 

at our initial assessment we offer a full body composition for all our members (Weight, Body Fat %, Body Water %, Muscle Mass, Metabolic Age, Metabolic Rate, Visceral Fat, Bone Density & Measurements in CM) reviewed again once per month.

This process ensures that our recommended exercises are perfect for every individual. To further support the program we can provide nutrition plans to help you reach your goals.

Health & Fitness Classes

We are here to offer you a wide variety of classes from Yoga & Pilates to Abs Blast & Bootcamp. There will be a class to suit everybody in our fitness suite. 

We have two new classes coming soon:

  • Pregnancy Fit - Keep active throughout your pregnancy with exercises that will support the body through each trimester and prepare you for birth and beyond. Using a mixture of standing and floor work, this low impact class will work the whole body promoting good posture minimising back pain, maintain pelvic floor function, muscle strength and tone.

  • Post-natal Restore - Reconnect with your body after having a baby working from the inside out, activating your core and pelvic floor to restore function and strength. And here is a list of the current classes on our schedule... 

  • Bootcamp is a mixture of intense cardio and resistance exercises which combines bodyweight with free weight exercises.  The class improves balance, strength and flexibility whilst shedding pounds and toning even the most awkward areas. 

  • Legs, Bums & Tums is a moderate to advanced class which will shred, tone and shape the targeted areas whilst also increasing stamina and cardiovascular fitness. Aerobic warm ups and cooling stretch sessions will further increase the flexibility of your body.

  • Ab Blast is a workout targeting the abdominal and core area. We will work the obliques (sides), upper and lower abdominal muscles. It will hit you hard from several angles while trimming, tightening, strengthening and toning your core.

  • Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punch-bags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit ups.

  • Martial Arts & Meditation. Come along and learn an effective martial art whilst building fitness, confidence and improved posture and awareness. Suitable for adults of all levels and fitness. Our classes are based in Filipino and Eastern arts with Eskrima stick work, pad work, movement, breathing exercises and upper and lower body techniques.

  • HIIT Zone; High intensity interval training is alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Great for building up fitness, burning calories and boosting your metabolism. 

  • Tone Zone. This class is great for people who want to tone and firm their whole body and who might also have joint/back problems. It is a combination of low impact cardiovascular and toning exercises that is suitable for all fitness levels.

  • Abs & Booty. An intense toning and strengthening class for the abdomen and buttock areas. Designed to burn calories with it's fast pace of 4 minutes work and 1 minute rest. Suitable for all fitness levels.

  • Zumba. Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realising it.

  • Tabata. This is a high intensity interval workout, featuring exercises that last for four minutes. It is great to improve your strength, improve your cardiovascular fitness and reach your fitness goals. 

  • Beginners Yoga. This is a group of physical, mental and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in India. It emphasises on postural foundation and alignment of the body. A perfect class for the novice.

  • Kundalini Yoga. This focuses on awakening kundalini energy through regular practice of meditation. Called by practitioners "the yoga of awareness", it aims "to cultivate the creative spiritual potential of a human to uphold values, speak truth, and focus on the compassion and consciousness needed to serve and heal others."
